William took videos of the roof to show us and explain what was going on up there and what was needed to put it right. He showed up when he said he would (weather permitting of course) he and his team worked their socks off to get the roof fixed for us. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous.
