I am very pleased with the work completed, which was flat roof replacement and gutter clearing . The team are very genuine people as well, which was a bonus. Work was carried out to a high standard, and the team took away all rubbish afterwards. Communication was good throughout. The basic work was done, but I’d agreed with mark that he does a number of other pieces of work because the price I’d agreed with him was too much for resetting of 30 or so bricks. But before I knew anything about it he’d taken down the scaffolding and packed up claiming he’d done everything possible. I’d paid handsomely for a days work, I got a couple of hours max. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!

Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.
Polite and curtious (took shoes off in house etc) agreed a price at the beginning. After some messing about to get correct tools etc (left twice to get tools) from start to finish it took about 4 hours so quite a while. Did ask some questions about how to do the job and it did take a while longer than I wud have liked. Don't think I would use Gabriel again although there is nothing wrong with his work.
