Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Sean was punctual, helpful, worked hard and did an excellent job, would recommend and will use again.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

Sharp Roofing & Solar provided a competitive quote following a site visit and fairly detailed inspection. Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress. They were punctual and the standard of their work was very good and the finish was professional. They were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was an underestimate of the cost of materials (lead). Otherwise a very good job.
