Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

Matty done a fantastic job at my property and had it ready in time for my new tenant as promised. He is very polite, punctual, true to his word and knows what he's doing. I will be using Matty on all my other properties in the future and I will/do highly recommend him to anyone thinking of using him. Overall a brilliant job done. Very happy.

Oliver visited me to talk about the design I wanted for the new wall. He got an idea of how I would like it and was very helpful with any questions during his visit. The team of Leon, Lee and Will were very good. Leon made sure that everyone knew what was agreed. Do the job they made sure I was happy with the work. They were all very easy to get on with and worked well as a team. They left the site nice and tidy at the end. I'm very happy with the work. Definitely 5 stars. Cheers guys Kevin

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

I had a leaky gutter from poor workmanship by a previous company and I contacted Joe via Rated People. He was quick to respond with a quote and was able to fit the job in, in a reasonable time span. He worked on a really cold day replacing the defective gutter with a more suitable product. He also replace the felt on our garage roof and added decorative edgings to tidy up the look of the property. He was efficient and tidy removing all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him and use again.
