I wish I could give zero stars. Emma was quite pushy to win the business, but despite a 2-3 month lead time, the agreed start date was pushed back several times. Then, the evening before work was due to start, Emma TEXT me to suggest I use another firm as they could not provide a start date. Emma then refused to return calls to discuss. A terrible, unprofessional experience.

The reason I chose infinity to carry out the work on my roof. James came around when he said he would and inspected the roof and explained all options in detail. He definitely knew his stuff, and nothing was too much trouble. James also explained about having a rubber roof if I wanted, which at the time never entered my mined. I did go with the rubber roof in the end. James and colleague Dec carried out the work to a very high standard and completed the roof in 2 days. I would truly recommend them ????

They came on a wet day to fit my sheds tin roof. Freindly people and did a good job. Left me some minor rubbish to tidy up but didn't warrant downgrading
Repaired my leak in a flat roof over a bay window.. Couldn't get him to stop for a break. Excellent work and I am pleased with the finished job. Also got him to re-bed and re-point my ridge tiles and replace chimney flashing with lead. He hardly stopped all day and never had a proper break. Again another excellent job. He takes great pride in his work!
