Gas Boiler - Repair
Les Osborn contacted me and agreed to visit my mother to sort out her boiler. He turned up promptly, had a look, established the problem, gave us a quote and returned promptly to do the job. As far as we know it was successful. However, he bumped up the price by overcharging for the parts, when we looked into it afterwards, foolish i know, other plumbers laughed at the price. He used talk as a distraction technique. I would not use him again as I feel he exploited our situation. Get other quotes first.

Have even been there yet.what is this person talking about. Who ever this is, is not telling the truth at all. Yes l looked at it but haven't done anything yet. I will investigate what is going on.
Gas Cooker / Hob - Installation
Les Osborne took nearly 4 hours to convert a new gas cooker to LPG, talking more than he worked, often getting things wrong. He couldn’t work out how to adjust the flame levels and didn’t fit an anti-tilt device, so after he’d gone I had to employ someone else to complete the job. He gives the impression that he knows what he’s doing but clearly isn’t as good as he thinks he is. I don’t recommend him.
