External Lighting
This is the first time I've used Rated People and I've been really happy. Rob (A1 Electrical) was speedy at getting in touch and came round to quote at a time that was convenient for me and was able to undertake the work soon after. He repaired my storage heaters that had been wired incorrectly and fitted an electric towel rail in my bathroom. I am really happy with the work he did and would certainly recommend him to anyone in the area

Rob did a good job initially but once he had left I realised one of the radiators was no longer working. I have now been trying to get back in touch for two months to get him to come and repair it but he has ignored my emails and text messages apart from one when he said he would beback in touch. Im still waiting.

With reference to the above, Due to me being out of the country it did take longer than I would expect fro me to get back but on my return the problem identified was with the existing storage heaters being wired incorrectly and was not part of my original work. I have suggested a course of action which the customer needs to take in order to correct the existing problem.
