Internal Painting & Decorating
Great level of prep carried out, tidied up as he went along. Very pleased with the finish, on time and on budget. Will be booking again for other work soon.
External Wall Painting
Managed to get the work done in the few dry days we had last week. Clean & tidy, left no mess. Very happy with the job and have now hired him for some internal work at another property. Will be using him again in the future as and when i need stuff doing.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Got messed about initially with start date, but gave him the benefit of the doubt, but was supposed to start the job on Wednesday 30th Nov (a week later than originally agreed!!) but didn’t turn up……not replied to messages or emails and has turned his phone off! He has £336 of my money as a “deposit” too. I am beyond disappointed as he has gone dark and neither he nor his wife have contacted me. I know he has a great rating, but customer beware at this moment in time!!

Coloured paint was requested, ordered & paid for with the deposit taken. The joinery work in the new kitchen was incomplete, you asked to delay the start date but in the run upto Xmas I was unable to do so being fully booked and could not ask 3 other clients to change their plans at such short noti.ce. You asked for your money back but as I explained, standard practice with most suppliers allows for neutral paint (white, magnolia) to be returned but not colours as they are unable to be sold on.

Although this is well over a year later I feel the need to reply! My kitchen work did not over run. And I asked for white paint throughout!! And you didn’t bother “explaining “ anything as you refused to communicate with me for well over a week past the start date.
