Posted an advert on rated people for a boiler repair late on a Saturday evening - We had no heating and Andy contacted us within 30 mins of the advert being placed - He arrived on Sunday, exactly when he said he would, and started work on the boiled - there were multiple issues with our boiler but he pinpointed all the problems pretty quickly - Got the boiler back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommended - Great value for money and clearly has a lot of experience in oil boilers. Will use again.

Tradesman turned up at house as agreed. Very polite man. Works van very clean. Straight to work on boiler. Very attentive and detailed report at end of service. He offered good advice to me about the boiler safety issues and Carbon monoxide alarms. No hidden expenditures. Paid what was agreed. I will almost certainly get Mr Provan to return next year (2017) for an other, annual service.
