Attended within half and hour of initial posting. Assessed the problem and quoted for the work. Arranged a return visit to carry out the work. Kept in contact and send a written quote for the work. Turned up exactly when advised. A very personable young man who did a first rate job. Extremely efficient. Would highly recommend.
