Chris, came to look at my job, but advised that I hadn't described the job very well so he hadn't brought the correct tools to complete it on the day. He gave me a quote which was good. He then promised to come back and complete it on Monday, a week later. On Monday morning he texted me again to say that he couldn't come as he has yet again taken another job which is more important than mine. Will come on Saturday now. I don't think it's fair. At least let us know so we can arrange something else.

  your job was not has you described and you did not have the materials you said you had so we said we had Monday or the next Saturday available we was do to come back on the Saturday but do to the job we was on over running we had to finish that first i let you know in plenty of time and also said we can do Monday has long has you let us know . you did not let us know so we booked in other work for that Monday you sent me a text asking if we was coming this morning and you apologized for not contacting

  us before . i text you saying we had not heard nothing from you and book work in but had Saturday free if you ley us know you then text and said you had someone else booked to come see the job tomorrow (Tuesday) i did say sorry for my part but you said no worries you under stood and if he does not turn up you will come back to us .

  robert we have done no work for you we have only just made contact you said the plumbing is done and you require electrician to wire the shower to the fuse box and certify it and i replied we are not part p certified and there for unable to do it

  Robert we only spoke on the phone you told me the plumbing had been done and all you need is the shower connecting to the main fuse board and certified I said we are not part p certified company so are unable to do the work so how can you rate me on that ? regards Chris
