Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Bathroom installed ok. Shame about tiling, some of it so poor we are having to pay someone else to pull it off and do it again. The final invoice was a surprise, and led to tense argument. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I'm deeply sorrowed by Mr and Mrs Clifford's experience. As with all my customers, I tried my best with the materials he provided to achieve the finish he desired. Unfortunately with a combination of extra work and the customer not being there to communicate the finish she desired, they were disappointed. I never want to leave any job in this fashion. I pride myself in producing beautiful bathrooms and happy customers. I'm just sorry in this case with a communication breakdown that this was not achieved.

Our issue is about poor quality work - in particular, wonky tiling which should have been set flat against the walls. Mr Moore refused to make good so we’re having to hire another tradesman to redo it, at much inconvenience. Communications weren't great either: the first we knew of Mr Moore’s extra charges was his final bill, which came as a nasty surprise. He also gave no explanation or apology for leaving the job with water leaking through our downstairs ceiling. All in all, a stressful ordeal.
Bathroom Installation
Reliable , honest and a very good job done despite a few problems along the way , he overcame them to produce a terrific finish, thoroughly recommend Aaron.

Gas Boiler - Installation

Wall Tiling
Aaron tiled our downstairs cloakroom.
