Alex was straight forward to deal with and easy to talk to regarding the job. The job was confirmed on the telephone. Alex attended at the time and on the day agreed. He was really relaxed about my noisy dog and worked round us and our 6 month old twin daughters. Alex was very thorough and he explained what he had to do to complete the job.
