Andrew Carter arrived on time at 12.30pm and rectified the plumbing problem swiftly. He was cheerful and more than willing to also suggest options for sorting out the problem long term. He also made some useful suggestions re: some electrical issues that we need sorting out around the house. We'll definitely be using him again.

We live some distance from the house which we rent so it was really important to have someone prompt and reliable. Andrew was turned up exactly as arranged and was excellent at keeping us informed of progress and stayed on site until he was satisfied everything was working in full.
