Quality of work was very good Arrived on time cleared up mess at the end of each day Cost as expected However frustration & friction at the end due to difficulty in getting tradesman back to refit cistern & radiator following plastering & decorating & signs of a rushed job fitting other items- I was unable to be on site on only days offered- so cannot give five stars. Advice: agree completion date for all items early to avoid misunderstandings & be on site to ensure what is done is exactly as you want it.

After quoted works were completed I've accommodated to go back, more than once & free of charge, to remove and re-fit appliances as client changed mind about plastering bathroom. I've offered two days on the week requested (before Christmas) but had to fit in on client's desired days. Client dissatisfied with position of light & mirror fixings but after a few emails exchanged agreed to leave as is.Client paid as he saw fit, not what I've quoted.

I am not going to enter into a long correspondence about this. But, I will clarify contractor's last point. Total cost of job was £6,500. This contactor's labour only cost; his calculation; was £2,400 plus. Quote for finishing up for a "half day" was £120. Time actually spent on site was 2 1/2 hours. I paid £70 as remainder of work was clearly rushed and not satisfactory. ALL invoices, but the last, were paid on the same day of receipt. The last within seven days.
Bathroom Installation
Andy completely rennovated my bathroom and installed a new boiler. He cleaverly put my washing machine in an outside cupboard. He did a very high quality job, quicker than he said he would (by working some very long days while I was away on holiday). He is very well managed by his wife- Karina, who was noted by my neighbour to visit twice to clean my house. So an excellent job, excellent value with good advice. No hesitation in recomending.
