Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.

Pointing / Repointing
Martin was professional, reliable, and polite. He turned up as planned, if not 10 minutes early, his team carried out the work quickly yet he was always ensuring the quality of work was of a good standard, and when a few extra little things came up he took care of them within what we'd already agreed for the work. Would recommend and would use again. We had repointing, fixes to a leaking roof, Chimneys repointed and capped, paving stones and drive pressured washed and re-sanded. Looks great!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After 5 months of chasing for the job to be fixed after poor quality left problems the Martin now has changed his tactic which was originally telling me he would be over to fix it in the next few weeks and then making up excuses to not do so. He now has told me we agreed on the phone I didn't want it fixing, hung up on me, and appears to have blocked my number so I can't contact him after paying!

Also make sure you get a written quote as I asked for it to be emailed several times but never received it and it would help now going through small claims court

Great work all around. Really responsive whilst quoting and gave different prices for different options which really gave us a lot of confidence ahead of the work starting. Went out of their way to source specialist bricks which look fantastic. They worked tirelessly to create the best possible result and were real perfectionists.
