You hear of so many 'horror stories' about tradespeople who you invite into your home and put your trust in them to fix whatever has gone wrong. I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. They were completely respectful ofmy home.
Garage Conversion
Chas did a great job converting our garage and we're really pleased with the end result. From his first visit to his last he arrived when he said and was very professional and friendly. His quote was very competitive and he stuck to that price even when the job overran slightly. I would certainly recommend Chas to anyone requiring a similar project.
Wooden Doors - Internal
very reliable, came when said, misses well pleased with the doors. will hire again.
Garage Conversion
Structural work was poor. Expanding foam used to fill inch gap between the lintel/block work and load bearing wall! I removed sections of the foam and packed it out with slate. This would have led to massive cracks in the future. Lack of spec in quote led to additional costs. Arrived on time and plastering work was decent but I won’t be using him again.

You will see from this review that it is totally the opposite from the norm the customers farther was distractingly interfering from the onset he gave instruction to tradsmen i quote to the electrician , dont forget to isolate the fuse board prior to exposing cables, he undertook work in our abdence that was not yet completed by ourselfs we at Acend are contenders fot the LABC 2018 presidious awards, so i leave it up to the reader to determine the credability of this review ...
Garage Conversion
Chas and his team have recently completed a garage conversion for us and we cannot rate them highly enough. From the initial contact Chas came across as honest and reliable. He arrived when he said he would, he gave a comprehensive quote within a short time frame, started work on the day he promised and finished on time! We are extremely happy with the finished work and the only extras from the quote were additions that we added on! Highly reccomend.
