Whilst he was a very agreeable chap. He over charged me for materials. He used an old piece of wood , that looked like it came from his back garden to do the boxing in behind the loo which needs to be replaced. I told him I was unsure whether I was intending to tile it , plaster it or paint it ,so it should have been at least a decent piece of MDF. .

Dear Liza,I actually undercharged you for materials,as there were some parts that came from my stores that were not included on invoice. As for the ply that was used on your boxing in, It was a offcut from Travis Perkins(as I did not want to charge you for a whole sheet(about £60.00). I was originally told by youself,on my first visit to you, that you were going to at least half tile the room, If I had been told otherwise,i would have purchased full sheet of timber, and charged you for it!
