I am always cautious of workmen as I have had bad experience in the past but I have to say Ashley was excellent. He came on the same day, was able to diagnose and fix the issue and kept me updated on the issue at all times. He also gave me a huge discount which I was greatful for. Even when I thought I had issues he kept to his promise and came back to assist. I will definitely be using them again. Trustworthy and reliable. Thanks again guys

They were running late due to traffic... kept in good contact with their estimated arrival. Fabulous greeting at the door. Very friendly and gave a personal touch to the job. Felt like I've known and used them for years. Will definitely be using this company again... perfect advice and empathy ????

We previously called Active plumbing out to a serious drain problem on arrival. Ashley was helpful from the start and used a CCTV camera and found the problem. He then started removing the blockage with a machine Very helpful would definitely use again

Active Plumbing did a very good job and was patient on the job as well. Moreover, they didn't add any extra charge even when they did more work than it was earlier envisaged.
