We previously called Active plumbing out to a serious drain problem on arrival. Ashley was helpful from the start and used a CCTV camera and found the problem. He then started removing the blockage with a machine Very helpful would definitely use again

Active Plumbing did a very good job and was patient on the job as well. Moreover, they didn't add any extra charge even when they did more work than it was earlier envisaged.

Drains - Installation / Unblocking / Cleaning
Initially very friendly and helpful and promised to fix our drainage problem. Charged us a very large amount of money. The job has not been successful and we still have the drainage problem. We have chased them many times for a receipt for the money paid and a report that they promised that we could use to try to claim on our insurance for the work done. Each time they promise it will be sent over by the end of the day but we have received nothing. I strongly recommend not using this company.
