Unfortunately we didn't get James to do our bathroom due to illness, but was very satisfied with the quote he gave us, and his prompt visit to look at the job. Would recommend James.

Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
Couldn’t have been more helpful. Our bathroom is tiny, and was very challenging logistically. Nothing was a hassle for James, and he helped with not just the installation but the design. Directed us to a bathroom supplier which would be financially beneficial to us, and even tried where he could to haggle them down even further. Easy to get on with, professional, up front with no false pretences. Highly recommended. Cheers James!

Great job originally but said he would come back to add a pipe at the back of the house. Tried calling, texting and emailing with no reply. The missing pipe has water going all over the back garden whenever we have a bath/shower which will cause issues. Now have to pay for someone else to finish the job. Would have recommended James to anyone but feel really let down that he made a promise to finish the job and didn’t, costing me more.
