Had a visit for a quote, never heard a thing back despite texts phone calls an emails. Wasted 3 weeks waiting for a quote that didn't arrive

  I do appologise for the inconvenience caused but, as I was very busy, I didn't want to commit myself to a job I couldn't do. Also I thought you said you already had a few quotes, so I don't understand why you had to wait for my quote!? However, please accept my sincere appopogies.

  You may well have been busy if you didn't want the job you should have told me. I texted you rang you and emailed you, all ignored. A call or text takes less than a minute

Right from the start Adio bathrooms were professional. The initial consultation was extremely helpful. Adrian came up with lots of fabulous ideas when planning our bathrooms. We were really impressed with his commitment, hard work and high standards. After completing the job, he came back to check that we were happy and sort out any problems we may have had. We would highly recommend him, he was completely trustworthy and honest. The finished bathrooms are so much better than we could ever have imagined!

  We have since had problems directly related to our bathroom fitting. Adrian came back once, after us having to email him many times. We still have problems. Adrian has promised to come and even arranged times, but just doesn't turn up. This is really disappointing because we were so pleased with the job. We have now been left with stains on the walls and ceilings from leaks. With a leak contiuing until Adrian finally comes and addresses the problem. I will update you if he does finally come back.
