Polite and chatty. Light fittings fitted precisely and effectively. Work done cleanly. Very happy with the work and the workman. Would use Alpha again in the future - I need dimmers fitted - and very happy to recommend, especially if lone ladies and elderly are concerned about letting people in their homes. Thanks Alpha. Electrical Installation / Testing
Adam quickly assessed the problem with my non-functioning panel heater; it seems I had accidentally engaged the child-lock! The display doesn't show this, so I had no idea. Noting this particular heater was woefully underpowered for a lounge at 750 Watts (selected by a previous owner!), I agreed Adam should go fetch a new, 2000W one. So, job done same day with minimum of fuss.
Emergency / 24 Hour Plumber
Adam was an absolute star from start to finish of the job that kept growing due to previous faulty installation. He responded straight away and ordered the parts needed, fitting them as soon as they were available. In total he came back 3 times when further problems arose, and kept me updated at all times of what was happening and when he would come. Totally reliable, professional tradesman who I would highly recommend and definitely use again. Thank you Adam.
