I dealt with Steven during this job - to provide a quote for damp remediation. All details were confirmed swiftly via e-mail and appointments arranged directly with the estate agents, I was kept in the loop at all times. Steven called me on the day of the visit to discuss a few items and let me know he was visiting. The report was then made available to me very quickly and was delivered on the weekend (many thanks!).
