The quote I received from Steve the electrician was not the cheapest but I still decided to go ahead because most electricians were unavailable at the time. To cut the long story short, the electrician never turned up the day we agreed. I even took the day off work to stay at home for this. Later I found out that he expects customers to sign and return an agreement form and pay him a 50% deposit before even starting the job. All this for a £350 job. Total waste of time. Wouldn't recommend.

Steve's pricing was good value and he was available quickly - he showed up promptly and completed the work with no fuss or unexpected costs etc. Workmanship excellent - friendly and reliable electrician - highly recommended!
