This customer lied. We did no works at all for her ever! Steer well clear of this slandering person if you are a tradesperson!
Tree Felling
Rating speaks for itself. Paid £800 deposit for a £1200 job to fell 5 difficult trees. Contractor then insisted on felling 10 other easy trees for £2186. When I refused, Contractor got abusive and rude. I feared for my safety. Contractor now refuses to fell the original 5 trees, has retained my £800 deposit and has sent me an inexplicable invoice for £6,600 (and a £25 late payment fee!). He is also suing me for £5000! Bizarre, surreal and costly experience....rating speaks for itself....

Tradesman has lost his case in court and court has ordered him to reimburse me the deposit as well as my court fees. Predictably, the tradesman has not give me a penny of this back, in defiance of the court order. I am considering further legal action.

We sued this client for non payment of invoices and breach of contract. Due to Covid-19 we decided to drop the case against him. Client lied from start to finishon both his rating here and during our works. Steer well clear from this chancer if you are a tradesperson.

turned up after rescheduling....came to site to view/ quote, seems not to know the meaning of communication....turned up with a trailer not the size really needed.....there idea of cut to ground level is to leave a stump 18inch high.....asked to quote for stump grind...said I would have it on a specific day...it arrived via e mail some days later....verbal price given for stump grind nothing like quoted price received...all be very aware, get the impression they would take extra money if offered it.....

We carried out 1st class job of felling&disposing of difficult/large/dead tree for client & completed the work to the client's satisfaction.Customer only gave bad rating when after works were completed to his satisfaction the following separate quote he requested for stump grinding wasHigher than his budget.Customer wanted price verbally&we sent it in the post.Stump was left around 15in high due to it being right up against a concrete fencing post &Being70%EarthInsideTheStumpSoObviouslyCouldNotBeChainsawed
