My carpet fitters alerted me to a moth infestation in the house. Tony responded quickly to my urgent request and came same day to do the job so they could carry on without undue delay. The result is what I expected, ie. no moths and new carpets now fitted successfully. Can't really judge whether the price was fair (have never had this job done!) but it felt about right.
