Had trouble with quote being given over the phone , Joshua then decided did half the job, took the money and decided not to return to finish the job, when chased up he informed us he felt we were being unfair asking him to do the amount of work we had been quoted for for the money we paid him. Would not recommend to anyone

There was no problem, The work and price were settled both on site and over the phone, Mrs Norris then decided she wanted to add more jobs verbally towards the end of completion. Due to other customers I'd had to visit, I was not able to comply with her "extra" requests.
