Very unreliable. Did not show up three times in a row without prior notice.
End of Tenancy Cleaning
booked for end of tenancy cleaning, they did not have even power vaccum cleaner which was basic, did not hoover under beds, behind fridge, not cleaned door handles, switches, window frames, curtain rods and some of them I had to demand which were default tasks for this type. They not at all cleaned floor properly. I would give 1 rating for end of tenancy but could be good for household cleaning! overall very bad experience and at the end become arrogant and become bad tempered!

Excellent domestic cleaning service, very thorough, made good suggestions to improve cleaning going forwards, sorted mould problem within silicon on windows. Very happy :)
