I cannot recommend Alan enough for the work he did for us. He came back with a quote, after seeing the job, really quickly. The work was done really efficiently & effectively (involving a couple of tradesmen) and we were kept in the loop all of the time. Alan went out of his way to accommodate a couple of times/dates to fit in with us in the day due to our other commits. It was really refreshing to have tradespeople in who were professional but friendly, polite and reliable. Thank you Alan.
