Poor workmanship, would never recomend heading for the solicitors as I write. We had to recall on more than 10 occasions, currently still have a leak behind the vanity unit, underfloor heating that has never worked, toilet that is leaking and is not secured correctly uneven tiles and some with holes have appeared in due to poor application IE dot and dab approach, grouting that is missing and falling out. Will keep you posted on the outcomes.Hoping rated people will contact me urgently to assist

This is not even the job that i bought off rated people and have not had to recall on 10 occasions, more like twice with topps tiles representative who recommended that their sub floor was at fault for tiles moving 3 months after fitting have offered to sort this out but they refused

No Tops Tiles representative has visited my property. I can also confirm via an independent civil engineering survey the floor is not moving. The under floor heating has never worked, the electrician utilised by Mr Williams has identified a break in the circuit which happened during the laying of the tiles. I have video evidence of the leaks should anyone which to see it. I would not allow Mr Williams back into my property due his lack of ability to rectify the problems he created.

Alyn was fab - gave us an excellent price for fitting our en-suite and nothing was too much trouble. Always on time and the couple of hiccups we had were sorted quickly and efficiently - highly recommend.

Turned up on time initially. Did not respond to follow up calls - boiler didnt work - British Gas had to be called and identified a lot of short comings.

I carried out all the work that was agreed and water tested all the pipework, could not electrically test as electric was cut off. All that was done on this job was what was agreed and customer was told that i would have to come back to check all work and test it. I attempted to do this on several occasions but no one was in! Customer was also 2 weeks late with payment and didn't answer the phone or emails, as you can see with all my other ratings this is not how my company works!!

Very pleased with Alyns work, nothing was too much trouble for him, he refurbished my bathroom, cloakroom and also did extra work for me - fitting new worktops, sink and taps in the kitchen. I would recommend him and Darren who did the tiling in the bathroom and cloakroom to any of my family or friends.
