Garden Office / Studio Construction
Helped us finish a garage built by amateurs. He's very reasonably priced and have used him to renovate cottage to install a new flat roof, gutters, upvc doors and windows. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sandy.
Velux / Skylight Window
Alex and his co-workers, Damian and John, did a great job for me supplying and fitting 4 Velux windows to replace old skylights in my attic. They also fitted a pyramid skylight to another part of the house and fitted a large porch canopy over the front door. All the work was carried out to a high standard using good materials. They were flexible and reliable, completing the work in good time despite some pretty adverse weather conditions for working outside. I would certainly use Alex and his team again.
Garage Conversion
Very rarely do you come accross a builder who is totally honest and open, easy to work with and has such high standards of work. Mine was a much more complex and difficult job on an1848 house than at first realised ,but Angus council certificated the builders work right away, praising the high standard of fit and finish ,the quality of materials and the design. Highly recommended.
Single / Double Glazing
bitterly disapointed with the whole experience. The finishing was dreadful. the mess was incredible. still have ongoing issues!! not sure if one window is waterproof as the flashing not put back and has lifted tiles. also 2 tiles had to be replaced which he had not done. having to get another company to check and finish his work. have not heard from him for 2 months!! door and window sticking. i could go on ;;;;;;;;;;
uPVC Windows & Door
I hired Alex to install new double glazing and some additional joinery work in my flat. Alex was highly professional, meticulous, methodical, very knowledgeable and a very pleasant person. His work is of an extremely high standard and I look forward to working with him again.
