Fitted a new door, locks, a glass window above the door and some skirting board. An excellent job.

I hired alex to install a towel rad in my bathroom. In the process he has burnt the wiring to my underfloor heating which now does not work - and has been left like this. he said he would not repair it as "its not his fault. " thanks!!

I was hired by gavin to install a heated towel rail in his bathroom,when the work was completed gavin and his wife said they were pleased with the work and paid me in full. I have investigated his claim that i burnt a cable and found that due to incorrect installation of the underfloor heating the cable has burnt-out because of overheating. This has also been confirmed with the manufacturer. I have explained this in detail to gavin,but i cannot be held responsible for other peoples bad workmanship.

The heating was working fine before you came round. You didn't tell my missus or call me saying you'd damaged anything. You just tried to wing it. Isn't it strange how the wires decided to 'Burn out' on exactly the same day and moment you frazzled everything with your blowtorch?

The bottom line is my heating worked, now it doesnt. It stopped working at the exact moment you started work. I'll let people make their own mind up.
Power Showers and Pump
Alex was friendly and professional throughout the project, and he was very patient when it took an additional two hours to try to locate the water supply to the flat! He kept me informed at every step of the way and was transparent about what he was doing and why. The installed shower looks great.
