Gerry is a real asset! Very friendly and responsive. He provided me with a detailed quote for repairing the garage door and fixed it within the same day. Absolutely happy with the services and will use him for any jobs in the future.

The tradesman did not do finish the job. He did not plaster after repairing the hole. The price of £300 also remained the same

Gerry was hired to repair a leak on a toilet. The toilet started leaking again one day after he completed the job. I contacted Gerry straight away and asked him to come and fix it, which he agreed he would do free of charge. Despite me contacting him repeatedly, Gerry has never shown up to complete the job, he always has some excuse. Nearly two months have passed and I'm still unable to use the toilet. I want a refund but now he's ignoring me. Very unprofessional service.

Advice was given from first visit to replace parts in toilet but you asked for it to be repaired which did not work as who ever worked on it previously had made a mess of it I attempted to put it right which did not work and fail to see why I should do it at my expense any other customers I have done work for have always been satisfied

The leak actually became worse after the 'repair' you carried out. When the toilet began leaking the day after you 'fixed' it, I contacted you and you promised to come and make good the repair. Why would you say that if you did not feel responsible? You never mentioned anything about previous work done on the toilet at the time either. Also I agreed that I would pay to replace any parts that needed replacing so you are lying about that too.
