Due to weather conditions they weren't able to get a engineer to us within 2 days. They kept me informed via numerous phone calls. In the end they refunded the booking fee. Call handlers were professional and polite throughout.

To expensive, fitter diagnosed thermostat not working. Fitter looked a boiler suggested it was ok. I had the thermostat changed but central heating still not working. Total cost of £160 plus thermostat cost for nothing. I will use them again.
