I took the day off work to wait In for the plumber who didn't arrive. I rang the next day at 8am to ask what was going on . They didn't even know they hadn't been. They said they would get someone else to come the same day & offered me 50% off a future call out by way of an apology. Oh wow , like I would actually use them again, what an insult. To add insult to injury, someone else from the company called a short time later to ask how the job had gone . The job didn't go!! Shambolic company. Avoid!
