Garage Conversion
Chris did an excellent job converting our garage. He was professional, courteous and completed the work to a high specification. Cost were clear from the beginning, all invoices itemised. Chris also provided suggestions on improvements we could make, if we chose to do so. These were done in a collaborative way and there was absolutely no pressure or obligation to agree to them. Overall Chris was excellent, so good that we immediately asked him to do some more work for us! Great company, would recommend!
Bathroom Installation
This man did a very poor job, and rushed the work, often without consulting me 1. He broke right through a wall into an adjoining room in 2 places and left me to repaint it 2. He broke a vent cover and left me to replace it 3. He carried out gas work although not Gas Safe registered 4. He demanded part payment in cash 5. His final bill was almost double his estimate 6. The toilet blocked soon after and he demanded payment to return. He had installed it incorrectly 7. His tiling was not laid out as required

1. Started 15th of August completed 12 September 5m2 2. All was repaired - had to ripen off some old bathroom 3. I have gas engineer onboard- certificate is not a FREE 4.Client didn't made payments as per agreement, with a ridiculous excuses haven gusts. Demanded cash to cover cost of materials around £150 5. The total was £4370. With the last invoice of £500 which client didn't pay and some cash for materials 6. I demanded my last invoice to be paid before I carry on any other work. 7.Disagree

Client changed my estimate into his own spreadsheet twisting words and adding things which were not included. There was always problem with my payment. He blocked his toilet with kitchen rolls and demanded to unplug it which I would do happily if my issued invoice was paid. I welcome feedback from my clients both negative and positive but cannot accept defamatory statements and blant lies from someone who's sole intention is to inflict repetitional harm to my business.

Delivered a first-rate job. We are delighted with the result of our renovation. All finished work is of the highest standard. We would highly recommend them.
