  We’ve had constant small leaks that have got worse. We finally discovered the source, at great expense: bad installation - specifically mixing copper and plastic. It looked fantastic when it was completed but behind the glossy veneer, corners have been cut and it has been an expensive disappointment. I would warn against using this company. You might not discover immediately, but shoddy workmanship, like leaks, won’t stay hidden for long!

Avoid at all costs - currently taking legal action against this company! Did our bathroom renovation but failed at the most basic element of plumbing! Workers used grout to seal the joins between pipes and the shower mixer, which is completely inappropriate - led to 2 separate leaks! Cost 000's to rectify! As soon as things go wrong James will stop returning your calls. Save your time and money and find someone else. If you don't there's a high chance you'll regret it.

  This customer did not pay for the extra works carried out , not only this he did not even read the warranty period for our term and conditions of our works . The faults occur is due to the equipment he supplied and not our labour

  Nice to hear from you since you've not returned any of my calls for months!! An nam & Associates wanted payment for part of the job they didn't complete. But the biggest problem was them not connecting water pipes to the shower mixer correctly. They used grout to seal joints, instead of PTFE tape or sealant. These joints leaked and that is 100% down to negligent labour. I don't understand how you can be happy with your work. Just Google this company and you we see they have a history of bad workmanship!

  P.S. The courts have issued a notice to you, I look forward to you trying to defend your work when I have a independent report from the leak inspection.

James and his team are highly professional and great value for money. James quoted a great price for doing all 3 of our bathrooms and he is really responsive and helpful when in correspondence with him. His team have done an excellent job stripping out and installing the 2 of 3 bathrooms they have fitted so far. They are very clean and caused minimal mess to our home. They also clearly know what they are doing and are very honest. Highly recommend

We started with James’s team on the bathroom knock through job and eventually his team did our whole house renovation including a new rear extension. They were really good and overcame all the issues we had on site. Good quality works and kept to price and we were informed with any cost uplift before hand. Would definitely use them again and recommend.
