Please disregard the review by Roman . His description of what happened is not accurate . He’s written the review as if I did the job and he called me the next day ,but this is not the case . This gentleman called me back round to look at the floorboard ( actually it was sheet flooring ) many months after i did the original job . I said at the time I did the original job that I think all the boards need attention but he only wanted the loose board repairing . I did not challenge this review until it was to late and was told by rated people it could not be removed . You can see by my other reviews that I am conscientious and professional in all I do , and am deeply upset that this review was left, and I didn’t see it till it was too late to challenge it . I am honest and respectful to all my clients and feel that this review is very unfair . When I left the gentleman’s house he was very happy with what I had done and the other sheet flooring adjacent to the one I repaired was not moving or squeaking. He inspected the work and then paid me . If I had damaged/ affected the adjacent floor sheet why did he not see or point this out on inspection , whilst I was present , prior to paying me . I suggest that this is because there was nothing wrong at that point . Only after a fmany weeks did he contact me and try to say that I had caused the other sheet flooring to start squeaking/ moving . Please take into consideration this statement regarding my 1 bad review . Thank you

I am a builder with many years experience . Firstly on very large commercial sites and then moving to take on my own work in mainly domestic settings . From patios and driveways to extension builds . Also carpentry, tiling and kitchen and bathrooms . I work with a few other trades when I need electrical or plasterwork doing . And have used the same electrician for the last 15 years . You can have confidence that I can get the job done .
