We picked Andy because of his competitive quote and his excellent customer feedback, Andy kept us informed at all times, he was punctual and did a very good job for a very good price it's a shame there's not more builders around like him, we have arranged a second job with Andy and look forward for the finished result. In a nutshell a very reliable, competent and sound builder who is a pleasure to deal with.
Damp Proofing
Andy came to assess the job on the same day I posted my requirements, he gave me a full report of what needed doing (and saved me money as advised against some of the things I thought were necessary) then completed the job quickly and expertly, leaving the property clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Excellent service, very friendly. Fully explained what was happening and why. Showed up on time and price was exactly what he had estimated. Would definately recommend.
Home Maintenance / Repair
Andy was able to complete our job very promptly and even came to do the work in the evening staying until 9pm to accommodate our availability. He successfully fitted 3 curtain poles and 2 net curtain wires to windows which presented some challenges due to the design of our house. However he did make a few marks to the wallpaper in one room which was newly decorated. Extremely competitive price and great flexibility, just a shame about the marked wallpaper.
