A small firm that gave excellent value for good results. I asked for the re-building and extension to steep terracing in my back garden using wooden sleepers. I was estimated for the completed job with no 'hourly/daily rates' and flexibility as to sourcing my own materials. I am very pleased with the finished work and would recommend Andy Mann Property Services.
