Gas Boiler - Service
Andy is a nice person but he has let us down 3 times with this job. We were expecting him to do the job and he gave us a date, then he changed it twice. and last one he did not turn up. When I rang him he said he is busy. we wasted few weeks for this to be done. On this basis we are rating him down.
