Anew security installed my burglar alarm in March 2011. At the time I was really pleased with the service but I am posting an additional reply as the annual service was due in March 2012. This was part of the original purchase, I have been unable to contact anyone in the company to organise, telephone lines no longer exist.

What a lovely guy. Extremely helpful and knew what he was doing. Had a little difficulty finding out what our problem was but he was patient and found it and rectified it. His quote was very reasonable and we would definately recommend him and use him again if the need arises.

I would recommend Tom from Anew, he was fantastic, after speaking to him over the phone he arranged a suitable time to come and take a look at the alarm in my house. After having done a number of checks including, motherboard, battery, fuses and keypad etc, Tom gave us an 'alarm for dummies' break down of the whole alarm (which we did not know, due to lack of manual when moved in), this was extremely helpful. Tom answered all questions and was extremely helpful, he offered us advice on keeping the alarm or replacing the alarm. He covered every angle and I will definitely be keeping his phone number for the future.

Comms were very good from the start. Dealt originally with Tom and the job was completed by his colleague. When parts of the job needed discussion Tom was on hand to assist and came round after the job was completed to check the work. Tom made a small adjustment to something his wasnt quite happy with to ensure a perfect finish. Would use again. Thanks Tom.
