Slate & Tiled Roof
Mr Rob Robinson has come to my house to repair a leak in the roof in August 2018. Since August 2018 we have had to call Rob number of times. The roof is sill leaking and he is refusing to refund the money even tho I have offered £100 for his trouble to date. I have further damage inside the house due to the leak.The communication is poor and no sense of customer care. At this stage following few attempts I do not trust Rob can fix the leak and I hope he can do the right thing and refund the money paid!
Leadwork
Bobby responded promptly to our advert, visited to advise, and returned to complete the job v.quickly & within a very reasonable budget. Bobby also provided sensible advice on other areas of the house we’re looking to improve and the options to be able to do it ourselves etc which was much appreciated. Would recommend
Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Excellent service. Bobby was friendly and took photos of where there were issues to our roof and guttering. He carried out the work the same day and cleaned up also. Very happy with his work
Chimney Building / Repair
Rob turned up at the weekend but the typical weather meant it couldn't be done but was able to assess. He came back monday afternoon and got on with the job. Excellent quality finish to chimney flue installation with workmanship guarantee. Rob is friendly and also highlighted a few other areas that needed attention with hints on what i can do myself and what parts are needed. I would recommend him to anyone needing any roofing work.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Very good standard of workmanship and reliability. Photos provided to show problems and work completed. Would definitely recommend.
