Unfortunately this job was never finished properly and we ended up having to pay someone else a lot of money to complete it. He offered to compensate us, but never followed through.
Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
The roof, being jointly owned by leaseholders, was in the end sorted out by the freeholder but Nick from ANS was brilliant as far as it went, in terms of the detail of his quote, estimated cost and communication. In his quote he pointed out areas where the exact cost couldn't be estimated and might vary - for instance where the old flat roof felt and boards had to be removed to see the state of the timbers, and he offered when carrying out the job to take pictures if I could not be present at every stage to witness and make a decision about what to do next.

Nick and his collegue were very profesional and did a excellent job of replacing my extension roof. I would not hesitate to use him in the future or recommend him to friends and relatives. Nick was on site and ready to start the job on the agreed date and time and the job was completed for the quoted price. This tradesman get top marks for his professionalism and the quality of this work. Very pleased customer.
