External Wall Painting
Painted external walls of mum's bungalow. She has Alzheimer's so workmen needed to understand the situation, especially as I couldn't be there all the time. Damian kept in touch by text throughout and did a very good job, cleaning up thoroughly afterwards, at a fair price. Would be happy to use again.
Pointing / Repointing
After the guttering job was completed and Damian had received the money, the guttering came away from the wall. I phoned him about the issue and he said he would be round to sort it out. 3 weeks later now and he's not even answering his phone or replying by email. I have now had to pay another builder to sort issue out. Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend Property Matters especially Damian Burbridge.
Plumbing Repair & Maintenance
After agreeing on the time ,date and cost of the work to be done,he did not turn up and did not reply to my text messages and voice-mails I left asking whether he would turn up at all. Absolutely disappointed .

Customer took days to respond to my enquires for quoting, expected a quote without me viewing the issue, I gave the best estimate I could again by text message as customer wouldn't answer phone, arranged a time to go to the job, noone present when i called at the property, at this point I took the decision that I was being messed about and wrote the job off. therefore no work carried out no payment taken, costs us to purchase job leads very disappointed myself as we are the ones who lost money & time

Totally incorrect.No one showed at the address which he has confirmed and no response to my text messages and vocie mails to his phone on the same afternoon.
