If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. I will absolutely be recommending him to all our friends and we have, in fact, already asked him to quote for another job.

Hard shed lots of awkward angles. Weather did not help. But a fantastic shed built, one very happy customer.

I rate applaud very highly. Patrick repaired the roof on my games room and replaced part of the floor and all of the suspended ceiling along with other minor repairs and we are very pleased with all the work he has carried out. He is always on time, very tidy and is always happy to come back to complete work if necessary. Patrick works alone and his rates are very reasonable. I have kept his business card and will certainly be using him again in the future.
Garden Office / Studio Construction
Patrick Lord from Applaud was asked to build a detached garage to complement our our chalet bungalow. He gave us exactly what we wanted at an excellent price. All through the project he kept us informed and aware of the choices we had and the costs involved. It was a good working relationship and we are very satisfied with the new garage.
Landscaping
Pat did a fantastic job. He carried out the work on time and on budget. Also the little extras that he recommended have only added to what was already a fantastic job. I would have absolutley no hesitation in recommending him. Fanatstic job!!
