I needed someone to replace an embedded shower valve and redo a small amount of tiling. Alan realised that the job was going to be more complicated and troublesome than he had originally imagined but he set about fixing the issue straight away. He had to come back over three days to complete the job to the best of his abilities. He was extremely reliable, courteous and professional and did a brilliant job for a reasonable price. I will be recommending him to all my neighbours.
