Turned up at short notice, understood he job straight away, quoted a reasonable price and completed the work there and then. No hesitation in asking them to look at further jobs

Absolute waste of time. The guy is very very unreliable and unprofessional. Never turned up after the quote despite my calls and texts. Complete waste of my time and energy. Ppl like him shouldn't do this job if they are going to mess around like this.

Arrived to quote this job after he changed the appointment three times Mr Ali asked me to look at a botched up attempt to erect a fence I told him to re erect as it should be done and supply a gate wold cost £ 250,00he said "I give £150" I declined his offer left without agreeing a price or a start date .He telephoned me some tree weeks later as he to come and re quote the job unexplained iwas too busy and unable to return to the job

spell check,Arrived to quote job after Mr Ali had changed the appointment three times.I looked at a botched up attempt to erect a fence.I quoted mr Ali £250.00 to demolish the existing and rebuild the fence in the correct manor.Mr Ali said "I give you one fifty " I declined his offer and left with no commitment on price or start date. Mr Ali rang me some three weeks late to renegotiate I explained that I had undertaken work commitments and was unable to return.

The work was carried out efficiently, to a high standard and at a competitive price. I would definately recommend Arrow and will be using them again.
