Artur was a very professional and while the job throw up a couple of surprises he work through them and competed the job to a very high standard. He was punctual and work continuously till the job was down and cleaned up behind himself. Have recommended Artur to a couple of friends who have also been very impressed with his work and professionalism. Will continue to recommend.

Artur did an excellent job, no problems at all! Cleaned everything up, was friendly and helpful! I would recommend!
Bathroom Installation
Artur broke the loo base while trying to fix it to the floor. Loo and sink are cream. He said he had other loos to replace broken one but they were white. When I said I needed cream he reiterated he only had white. I grudgingly agreed. We put cream seat on loo to try to tie in with sink. He took several hours and I just wanted him to finish. Not happy with final look though. I could have been more insistent about cream loo but don't do confrontation. He is hard working but sadly I won't use him again.

It looks like my experience was the exception rather than the rule. His exemplary rating was one of the reasons I chose to go with Artur. Shame I had such a bad experience :(
