Hi We are Ashton construction. I’m a time served advanced craft carpenter with 20 years experience. Along the journey I’ve become a multi trade builder through experience in all aspects of construction from domestic and maintenance to planning and new build. I’ve had a year working abroad since dec 2023 and picked up many more skills and experience to provide a smooth sailing thorough completion to all your construction needs. No job to big or small. Tradesman was fantastic from the start. I was unsure at first but really put me at ease. Brilliant finish and already booked in for more works. .
Flat Pack Furniture Assembly
Calum has been very polite and efficient and I would highly recommend him.
Kitchen Design / Installation
Really sad to be writing this as I had high hopes for Callum as he seemed like a nice man. Sadly that is not the case. He fitted 2 kitchens for me in December for which he has been paid and neither of them are finished. One of them still has a large base unit and work top and some top units still in boxes. He was quite forceful in wanting to be paid before Christmas and has promised me on multiple occasions that he will return to complete the work and then hasn’t turned up. Do not trust
Wooden Doors - Internal
Callum was very polite and fitted an internal door and removed a sliding door within three days of the advert being posted. The quote was reasonable and I'm happy with my new door.
Lock Fitting / Repair
Callum was efficient and knowledgeable - and did a really good job. Will have him back again when needed.
