Please be aware, this tradesperson provides totally unacceptable standards in both quality and advising on unnecessary work. He stated the installation of a dry verge system would prevent vermin entering our loft space, he also stated he would reseal existing lead flashing. Although he did replace our dry verge, this was absolutely unnecessary and very costly and did not solve the problem. On getting a second option we confirmed the work was substandard and unnecessary.
Chimney Building / Repair
James gave me a call and came to give me a quote the same day. He and his colleague repointed my chimney and cleaned the gutters. He was very friendly and gave a long warranty for his work. Thanks a lot James
